Returns Policy

Please download, fill in and return our Returns Form with your items when applying for an exchange/refund or credit. Returns will NOT be accepted without this form.

Polka Dot Pop allows customers to return or exchange items if they are faulty or the wrong size.

We will only offer a refund if the item is still available online, this excludes faulty items (all our items are meticulously looked over prior to dispatch, however there may be times when we miss something). We offer exchange or credit if the item is the wrong fit, we do not accept change of mind (unless the order has not been dispatched).

Please ensure that all items are unwashed, unworn and in the original condition with the tags attached. We will NOT accept washed items for a return or exchange (all care instructions are listed on item descriptions, it is imperative that all care instructions are followed accordingly). To receive a refund, exchange or credit, please fill out the attached form, please include this form with your goods that are being returned. Items must be returned to Polka Dot Pop within 14 business days from time of delivery.

It is highly recommended that you send your item back using registered post. Once the items have been returned to us we will immediately start the exchange/refund process (please allow 7-10 business days for a refund to come through). Please note that we do not take responsibility for any items that are NOT received, to avoid this please ensure that registered post is used when returning items.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning/exchanging items to Polka Dot Pop (this excludes faulty items), we apologise if this may be an inconvenience.
