At Polka Dot Pop we deliver all our orders using Australia Post. All orders are registered, traceable and must be signed for on delivery.
If you spend more than $200 in one transaction, you are entitled to receive FREE registered postage, and fully paid orders (excluding pre-order items) will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri). Shipment time includes normal weekdays. Often Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not included in shipment time estimates. Based on weight of purchase.
For in stock and fully paid orders placed before 12 noon, your order will be dispatched on the same day. For orders placed after 12pm, they will be dispatched the next working day. Please be aware that if you are wanting items before the weekend to please place your order before noon on a Thursday (Toowoomba and surrounding areas only). For all other locations please allow 1-3 Business Days for your orders to arrive. We strongly recommend (for non-local customers only) that if you are wanting your order by the weekend to please place your order no later than Tuesday/Wednesday Morning, so it can be dispatched by noon (depending on your location) Please contact us before ordering to confirm if your order will arrive in time. Based on weight of purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Your order and tracking details will be sent to you via email. You will be able to track your order by simply clicking on the link, provided in the email. Or simply log on to the Australia Post website and enter in your tracking number.
Please allow extra shipping time while leading up to the Christmas period.
Although we provide realistic delivery times for your purchases, there may be on occasion, circumstances that are out of our control, and as a result, delays may occur.
For all Western Australian residents, please note that once you have placed and fully paid an order, to allow 7-10 business days for Flat Rate delivery. If you require your item sooner please contact us at email@example.com to arrange Express shipping for you.
